Visiting the website

When you open the pages, the web server processes technically necessary data, such as the IP address, date and time and the requested page. This serves the secure operation of the website. Fonts are loaded from our own server. No data is sent to font providers or other third parties.

Cookies

The website sets a session cookie. It protects the registration form against abuse (CSRF protection) and is deleted when you close the browser. If you pick a language with the language switch, we store this choice in a cookie for one year so the site appears in your language on your next visit. There is no tracking and there are no advertising cookies.

Team registration

When you register, we process the team name, the captain's name and Discord name, the captain's email address and the player names of all registered players. We use this data only to run the league: reviewing registrations, confirming teams, contacting captains and enforcing the exclusivity rule (one player, one team).

The legal basis is the performance of participation in the league (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the captain's consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The captain confirms that the registered players have been informed about the registration. The data is deleted after the end of the season, at the latest after [set retention period].

Confirmed teams are published on the "Teams" page with team name, captain and player names. Email address and Discord name are not published.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time. To do so, write to the email address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.
